About the Event
Welcome to the first annual Hawaii Master Food Preservers conference!
Featuring speakers from National Center for Home Food Preservation, Pacific Pectin, Maui Food Innovation Center, and the USDA Agricultural Research Service!
The conference is being held at the Hilo Hawaiian Hotel in Hilo on Hawai'i Island, beginning Thursday October 23rd, as a precursor to the 35th Annual Hawaii Tropical Fruit Growers Conference (separate registration required).
Tickets are currently available for sale for $75 to the general public.
